Was expecting the whole court to tilt towards Scalia. Well OK, maybe those sneery neo-cons are right about something for once. Frankly it got highly unpleasant for awile especially seeing Bush's self-satisfied smile after his last two Supreme Court appointments. It remains to be seen if this 'new' court will be more lenient than we've feared...
